Laurent Gorgemans

Laurent Gorgemans, CFA, joined Nordea Asset Management (NAM) in 2020 as Head of Product Management. Before joining Nordea, Laurent held various positions (namely sales, Fund selector, portfolio manager) in his 25 years of experience in the asset management industry. In 1996, he started his career in Canada with Desjardins, then moved in 2000 to Fortis Investment in Belgium/Luxembourg where he became head of Funds of funds. In 2005, he joined Dexia AM (now Candriam) as head of the Multi-management department before moving in 2012 to Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management as Head of Institutional Mandates. Laurent holds a Master degree in Economics form Louvain University and Post-graduate degree in Finance from UQUAM and he is a CFA charterholder.
